Cost of Shipping

$12 fee for all orders or free shipping over $149

Delivery Time 

Standard shipping within Australia takes 5 to 7 business days. All Australian orders using 'standard shipping' are delivered using Australia Post.  

All orders will be dispatched within 48 hours of being received.  

We want you to love your I AM bag as much as we do. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, and the item is in original condition with all tags attached, we will gladly exchange or refund your order within 21 days of the purchase date.

To exchange or return your item please email our customer care team at info@iappreciateme.au. The team will provide you with a return authorisation number. Please package the items you are returning carefully for protection during transit. Items damaged in transit will not be accepted. We recommend that you post the merchandise back to ‘I Appreciate Me’ via registered post or courier to ensure it is received securely and in a timely manner. I Appreciate Me will not accept responsibility for returned merchandise that is lost or damaged in transit. All return freight costs are the responsibility of the purchaser. Only the product price will be refunded once the item has been received in its original condition and packaging. We do not refund the original freight charge. 

In the event that items are faulty or not as per ordered please lodge a claim via info@iappreciateme.au  - providing the following information
- supporting evidence e.g. photos
- order number
- contact phone number.

Our customer care team will contact you to make arrangements for the return of the product.

Once returned and inspected, we will provide a replacement or repair at no cost to you.

Sale Items

If you simply change your mind, we are unable to offer exchanges or refunds for sale items.
